NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE GANACHE TART
Prep time: 15-20 mins
Serves: 8
Ingredients
1 Jus-Rol Short crust pastry
300ml double cream
125g milk chocolate
125g dark chocolate
50g unsalted butter
Method
Follow packet instructions & bake pastry in a 23cm pie/flan tin. Cool fully.
In a small pan, add cream & heat until just boiling.
In a separate bowl, add chocolate, butter & pour on the hot cream. Leave for 1-2 mins. Whisk together until smooth. Leave to cool for a few mins.
Pour chocolate mixture onto cooked tart & chill in fridge for an hour.
Decorate with mixed fruit & sprinkles. Chill for another 2-3 hours, or until set.
To serve, remove from tin & slice.
