CHRISTMAS TREE CHEESE BALL

Serves: 8

Ingredients
100g parsley, chopped
150g grated cheddar cheese
165g Philadelphia Garlic & Herbs Cream Cheese
250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Decorate:
Carrots, olives, cheese

Method
Mix cream cheeses & cheddar cheese together.

On a large plate, line some cling-film, wrap & create a tree shape. Put in fridge & leave to set overnight.
Chop parsley finely, put on plate. Unwrap shaped tree gently & cover tree with parsley.

Decorate with cheese, olives, tomatoes, etc. Serve with crackers.
