CHRISTMAS SAUSAGE ROLL WREATH

Ingredients
1 sheet of Puff pastry
3 tbsp cranberry sauce
400g sausage meat
100g mozzarella cheese
3 pieces of unsmoked bacon
1 Baking camembert
3 garlic pieces
Sprigs of Rosemary
1 egg, beaten
Poppy seeds (optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 180 F fan/ 220 C, line a baking tray with paper.
Spread cranberry sauce, wrap sausages, place on puff pastry. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Roll up the sausage roll & make into a ring. Cut pastry into sausage rolls - leaving the pastry in the middle of the ring intact. Twist each one a little.
Add camembert in centre of ring, make small slits & push garlic in. Add sprigs of rosemary on top.
Brush pastry with egg wash, sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and cooked. Serve with cranberry sauce.
