Nothing says Autumn like a Pumpkin-shaped Cheese Ball that’s both delicious and fun! It’s easy, tasty, and looks almost too good to eat (almost!). Serve with your favourite crackers for a savoury twist. Who’s ready to dig in? 






PUMPKIN CHEESE BALL

Prep time: 5 - 10 mins
Chill time: At least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Serves: up to 8 

Ingredients
125g garlic & herb soft cream cheese
100g cream cheese
100g cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
250g red leicester cheese, grated
Pepper stem

Method
Mix cream cheeses and cheddar cheese together and season.

On a large plate, form a ball shape and cover with grated red cheese.

Wrap the cheese ball in cling-film. Cut 4 long pieces of string and tie them together to create a pumpkin effect.

Leave to set in fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Unwrap cheese ball, add pepper stem on top.

Serve with your favourite crackers.
