These Mini Egg brownies are truly the BEST! 

Delicious, fudgey, chocolate brownie, filled with mini eggs. Easy, simple to make and uses only a few simple ingredients! 






MINI EGG BROWNIES

Serves 16
Prep time: 20-25 mins
Cook time: 25-30 mins

Ingredients
170g dark chocolate
200g unsalted butter
4 eggs
50g light brown sugar
200g caster sugar
100g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
150g mini eggs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C/160 Fan. Line 9x9 tin
Melt chocolate & butter together, leave to cool
Whisk eggs & sugars until doubled & pale. Pour chocolate mix into eggs & fold gently
Add flour, mini eggs & fold together
Pour in tin, bake for 25-30 mins, until slight wobble in middle
Leave to cool in tin
Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate & sprinkle with crushed mini eggs for decoration
