They are super quick and easy to make and they are perfect for the special occasion.

At least 5 tbsp of Raspberry jam
A handful of fresh raspberries, chopped (optional)
Pink Sugar: (Optional)

Unroll pastry sheet, spread jam evenly over the entire pastry sheet. Sprinkle over chopped raspberries and pink sugar. (optional)
Roll up each side, from the shortest side up, stopping at the middle. Roll the pastry in some baking paper & refrigerate for at least 40 mins, or until firm & slightly harden.
Preheat oven to 220 fan, line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a thin string, or sharp knife, slice the pastry roll into 1 inch rounds (makes 20 slices).
Place on baking tray, brush with some milk. Sprinkle more pink sugar (optional). Bake for 10 - 12 mins, until golden in colour. Allow to cool for 5 mins, before serving.
