HOT CROSS BUNS FILLED DOUGHNUTS

Makes 6
Cooking time: 5 mins
Prep time: 10 - 15 mins

Ingredients
6 Hot cross buns
25g unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp caster sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
100g raspberry jam
120g ready-to-serve custard
100g chocolate spread

Method
Preheat oven to 180C/ 160C Fan oven. Line a baking tray with paper.

Make a hole in each bun, pipe some jam, custard & chocolate in them.

Place buns on tray, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 5 minutes until warm. Serve warm.
